Act as the main coordination point between assembly, machining, and design teams to resolve process-related issues.

Develop, update and maintain process flow, PFMEA, control plan, work instruction and visual aid.

Lead manufacturing process set-up for new product or new model introduction, including defining optimum process flow, layout, tooling, fixture, and equipment requirement.

Lead cycle time reduction and continuous process improvement activities.

Initiate and coordinate cost reduction and operational improvement activities, including OEE improvement, mistake-proofing, and 5S.

Assist in the development and implementation of basic process automation solutions.

Support basic programming tasks related to automation, equipment, or process control systems.

Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and safety guidelines.
