Headquartered in the heart of Silicon Valley, San Jose, with a branch office in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, we are a value-added distributor of automatic test equipment (ATE), handlers, probers, and interface components – including load boards, probe cards, socket, and docking hardware – serving semiconductor manufacturers and their OSAT partners worldwide.
