Job Responsibilities

Manufactures or machines products as per specification by operation of computer-controlled equipment or more mechanically based machines
Produce products as per production schedule.
Program, setup and operates Computer Numerical Control machine.
Prepare process sheet, tooling selection and cutting parameter for precision machining of metal and engineering plastic
Maintain machine, tooling, jig and fixtures
Maintain and sustain good housekeeping at all time (5S) in the respective area
Measure and inspect quality of product by using quality inspection and measuring equipment
Implement cost-saving exercise

Job Requirements

Diploma / Skills Certificate / Vocational Certificate in Machining, Mechanical, Manufacturing or a related field
At least 1 year of experience in CNC machining
Experience in precision machining, especially in the semiconductor industry, is an advantage
Possess a positive work attitude, committed, and detail-oriented
Prioritize safety, maintain cleanliness (5S), and continuously strive to improve productivity
Strong understanding of CNC machines and machining processes.
Hands-on attitude with the ability to learn quickly and work independently.
