Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end order process, including quotations, purchase orders, order confirmations, shipment coordination, delivery arrangements, and invoicing.

  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing logistics to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

  • Maintain well-organized physical and digital filing systems.

  • Manage business documents such as quotations, vendor agreements, purchase orders, invoices, and other company records.

  • Perform accurate data entry into company systems and databases.

  • Support the development and improvement of administrative workflows, templates, and documentation processes.

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries professionally.

  • Coordinate office supplies, meeting schedules, and other day-to-day administrative activities.

  • Provide administrative support to departments such as Sales, Finance, and HR with purchase order processing, billing, claims, and other operational tasks as required.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Purchasing, or a related field.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with different departments.

  • Prior experience in administration, operations, customer service, or office support will be an added advantage.
