Identify and develop new business opportunities for Test Development & Test Interface solution in targeted markets (domestic and international).

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at semiconductor companies, OSATs, and wafer probe & final test facilities.

Gain business insights and provide periodic update to peer support groups for business and product directions alignment

Formulate and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue, margin, and market share goals by working together with existing frontlines team and sales channel partners.

Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis to identify trends, threats, and opportunities.

Collaborate with marketing teams to position JF’s Test Interface solutions as innovative and value-added offerings. Train internal teams to familiarize on test technologies.

Business development on opportunities for corporate investment in semiconductor industry.

Serve as the technical liaison for customers, translating their requirements into optimized test interface solutions.

Working together with sales team, test development team, T&A team and support customer qualification processes, from concept through production release.

Provide on-site or remote troubleshooting, performance optimization, and application engineering support when required.

Prepare and deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and training to customers.

Lead cross-functional teams to deliver customer projects on time, within budget, and to specification.

Manage the technical and commercial aspects of projects, including quotations, proposals, and negotiations by working with frontlines and/or sales channels partner.

Oversee cost reduction initiatives without compromising performance and quality.

Work with R&D team to develop new test technologies and features that meet evolving customer needs.

Gather and relay customer feedback to drive product improvement and innovation.

Continuous update on industry standards, testing methodologies, and material advancements.
