
Sales Support Administrator
Job Summary
JF Technology is seeking a dedicated and organized Sales Support Administrator to support our sales team in the semiconductor manufacturing industry. This role works closely with Sales Engineers and internal teams to ensure outstanding customer service and operational excellence. Fresh grads are welcome to apply!
Job Responsibilities

Respond professionally to customer and internal inquiries via email, phone, and CRM tools in a timely manner.

Support Sales Engineers by following up on leads, quotations, pricing clarifications, and order status updates.

Act as the primary liaison between customers and internal departments to resolve issues and maintain strong relationships.

Process and track customer purchase orders (POs) accurately in the company ERP system; coordinate data entries and verification with other stakeholders.

Ensure correct order creation, pricing accuracy, delivery timelines, and documentation compliance.

Coordinate inventory checks with Production team to confirm product availability and fulfilment schedules.

Maintain customer, lead, and sales data with CRM tools including pipeline stages, activity logs, follow-ups, and deal information.

Support and maintain custom business apps, connecting workflows and data sources to improve sales processes and automate repetitive tasks.

Work with sales operations to refine CRM workflows, create dashboards, and ensure data accuracy across systems.

Prepare and issue sales documentation such as quotations, order confirmations, invoices, delivery notes, and supporting correspondence.

Generate regular sales reports and dashboards using Excel and CRM exports, including order statuses, pipeline health, sales performance, and forecasting.

Maintain up-to-date records of customer accounts and interactions across CRM and ERP systems.

Partner with internal teams to support seamless order fulfilment and billing.

Assist with internal communication and team coordination to clarify requirements and optimize internal processes.

Identify opportunities to improve sales support processes, data quality standards, and reporting efficiency.

Support documentation and training materials for CRM/ERP usage and best practices.
Job Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Supply Chain, or relevant field.

Internship or working experience in sales support, administrative or operational roles in manufacturing industry is an added advantage.

Professional working proficiency in English and BM. Able to speak and write in Mandarin will be an added advantage.

Exposure with CRM tools and ERP systems for tracking purchase orders and managing customer data.

Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Words, Ppt).

Excellent communication and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

Fast learner with the ability to quickly understand new products and processes

Customer-centric mindset, able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and handle confidential information professionally.
